Shipping policy
Delivery and Processing:
We are committed to processing and delivering your order within 1 to 10 business days. Please take this timeframe into account when making your purchase. Deliveries are made every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. We work with reliable carriers of our choice, based on the quality of their service, rates, speed, and proximity to your delivery address. We prioritize secure delivery (safe drop) to prevent theft or damage to packages, especially when it comes to fragile plants. If the delivery person is unable to leave the package in a secure location during delivery, it will be taken to a nearby service point. Service points are designated locations where you can personally retrieve your package. These service points are typically partner stores or post offices. They offer additional security measures to ensure the protection of your package until you can pick it up.
Shipping Costs:
The cost of shipping depends on your address, the weight, and dimensions of your package.
Liability:
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transport or package pickup, nor for delivery delays that are beyond our control. We reserve the right to hold your order in the event of exceptional weather conditions or extreme temperatures.
Winter Thermal Protection:
It is your responsibility to include thermal protection if conditions require it. It is recommended to add it if the temperature is below 10°C (50°F).
Package Retrieval:
We advise you to be present during delivery to prevent your plant from being left outside for an extended period. It is your responsibility to retrieve your package in a timely manner. No refunds or returns will be issued in case of delay on your part. In the event of loss, theft, or any other delivery-related incident, we cannot be held responsible.
Order Tracking:
We will provide you with a tracking number to allow you to monitor the progress of your order. We will also inform you by email on the day of shipment of your purchase.
