Shipping Policy

Delievery and treatment :

We are committed to processing and delivering your order between 1 and 10 working days. Please take this time into account when purchasing. Deliveries are made every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. We work with reliable carriers of our choice, based on the quality of their service, their price, their speed and their proximity to your delivery address.

Shipping costs:

The cost of the shipment depends on your address, the weight and the dimensions of your parcel.

Responsibility :

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transport or collection of your package, nor for delays in delivery that are beyond our control. We reserve the right to withhold your order in the event of exceptional weather conditions or extreme temperatures.

Winter thermal protection:

It is your responsibility to include thermal protection if conditions require it. It is recommended to add it if the temperature is below 10 °C.

Picking up your package:

We advise you to be present during delivery to prevent your plant from staying outside too long. It is your responsibility to collect your package on time. No refund or return can be issued in case of delay on your part. In the event of loss, theft or any other incident related to the delivery, we cannot be held responsible.

Tracking your order :

We will send you a tracking number to allow you to follow the progress of your order. We will also notify you by email on the day your purchase ships.
